Daily Exercise

It can be hard to be disciplined and maintain regular exercise throughout a busy week.

Have you thought about using exercise to help with stress, relaxation and body conditioning? Have you thought about doing a 10 minute home workout each morning - cardio or yoga style, whatever suits you, to set you up for your day so you respond to your day rather than react to your day.

Think of 5 exercises, do each one for 2 minutes and remember to breathe into your tummy while exercising.

End the session with one minute standing, calm slow breaths to set you up for your day.
